The Black Swan is a seventeenth century country inn, tucked away, and located on the attractive village green at Horsham St Faith. It has an elegant à la carte restaurant, cosy lounge bar, and eleven recently refurbished en-suite bedrooms, together with a smart function room.
Constructed as part of a new wing in 2018, the Bracondale Room was specifically designed to facilitate both social and business gatherings including, Weddings, Private Functions, Corporate Meetings, and Private Parties. Accommodating up to 60 guests, this versatile space is ideal for hosting a wide range of events, from birthday celebrations and milestone parties to intimate meetings.

The Bracondale Room offers flexible seating arrangements to suit your event needs, including ‘conference’, ‘theatre’, or ‘group’ styles. With a bright, spacious, and modern design, the room is equipped with full audio-visual facilities, including a 70-inch television.
Prime Location
Conveniently near (but not too close to) Norwich Airport, the Norwich Northern Bypass and the A47, the Black Swan Inn is perfectly located for easy access by your guests.
Comprehensive Catering and Support
Our venue provides full catering facilities along with access to our bar and restaurant. Our managers are dedicated to discussing your specific requirements and ensuring your event is executed flawlessly from start to finish. We offer a variety of sample function menus, set out below and our talented chefs can also design a menu tailored to your individual needs.

Event Durability and Flexibility
The room is typically hired for a two-hour duration, with the option to extend by arrangement. After the initial two hours, you can continue your event in the lounge bar, offering flexibility to suit your event’s flow.
Personalised Service
If you have any special requirements for your event, such as music, display of photographs, or decorations, please let us know as soon as possible so arrangements can be made prior to the event.
Booking Information
Upon booking, we will ask for an approximate number of guests and take a small deposit to secure your reservation. A week prior to the function, we will confirm the final number of guests to ensure accurate catering and preparation.
If you would like to arrange a credit bar, please advise us of this at the point of booking.
