Do you want to hire a room for birthday celebrations, retirement parties, bridal showers, or a festive party? We can organise your private party for up to 60 guests in the Bracondale Room, with additional areas available if needed.
Our experienced staff excel at managing a range of social and business events, from wedding receptions to conferences, ensuring every detail is taken care of. Our talented team of chefs can cater to your culinary needs, creating a memorable dining experience for you and your guests.
Room Hire Duration
The room is normally hired for a two-hour period but can be extended upon arrangement. Alternatively, you can continue the party in the lounge bar.
Booking Details
Upon booking we will require an approximate number of guests and a small deposit to secure your reservation. One week prior to your event, we will confirm final guest numbers to ensure accurate catering.

We can cater for all types of functions, and vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free, and gluten-free diets — please speak to a member of our team if you have any specific requirements.

Any specific requirements, such as music, display of photographs, or decorations, should be discussed in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Weekday Functions Room Hire
There is generally no room hire charge for catered functions held during the week.
